Break a Leg, Crack an Egg?

Where did that name come from?

I was racking my brain trying to come up with something catchy and clever that would combine my loves for healthy living with theater…not an easy task, let me tell you. For those of you who might not know, “Break a Leg” is used in the theater instead of saying “Good luck” (which in the theater world happens to mean bad, bad luck). And the egg part? Well, I cook with eggs a lot. I eat eggs a lot. And they’re packed with nutrients, so they make a good diet staple and a strong food to include in the title of this blog. Plus, egg rhymes with leg. of course.
